One of our prestigious clients, an Australia-based company, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of daily operations, lead teams, ensure KPI delivery, implement SOPs, and coordinate across time zones with Australia.

Salary

LKR 200,000

Responsibility

• Take ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve performance targets.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure strict adoption of company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders in Australia across time zones.
• Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in process management and KPI-driven operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across time zones and manage international stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational management tools.
• Based in Colombo with immediate availability.
